This writing course is grounded in the belief that ownership over one’s own sexuality is at the foundation of every fulfilled and confident person.

The purpose of this course is to use your voice to activate your power, using writing as the primary tool.

On the live calls, we will be doing deep dives into all components of sexuality. Simone will teach during the calls and we share our writing and ask questions about the prompts from previous week. There are prompts given out each week that the students complete to help them progress on their story and understanding of holistic sexuality. Each week will have a theme.

The course is 5 months long, with Zoom meetings every other week.

Each week, there are about 2+ hours of self-reflective journaling exercises to dive into your subconscious and unearth hidden parts and bring them to light. The Zoom calls are about 75 minutes long, and we will discuss any discoveries made during the writing practices from the previous 2 weeks. When you are enrolled, you can contact Simone privately through text and email with any questions that arise.

The course includes 1 individual session with Simone during the course where she’ll coach you on anything related to the course material or your personal life. We will have a community on Mighty Networks to connect.
