Unlock your Feminine Power

Join us for a feminine power activation, through Kundalini and embodiment practice - women only

Kathryn McCusker and Mariya Grinina will take you on a 2.5h journey to explore your feminine energy and creative expression.

With this playful, educational and practical workshop, you will be guided through a gentle and personal experience, where you are invited to explore your femininity in your own way - with the guidance of ancient practices.

We will start with a gentle Kundalini yoga practice (no prior experience is required), where Kathryn will guide you through nourishing and empowering Kundalini kriyas, breath-work, meditations and mantras to unlock your feminine power.

We will connect to the sacral chakra, clearing past patterns, pre-existing fears, insecurities and doubts. This energy centre is located between the hips, above the pubic bone, with close proximity to our sexual organs, driving our sexuality, pleasure, and need for connection.

Once we connect deeply to our energy centres, we’ll continue with sensual, playful feminine embodiment practices - to nurture intuition and our natural magnetism and beauty.

This experience will support you to:

  • Connect with your body and your feminine energy

  • Learn more about Kundalini practice and chakras

  • Detach you from negative thoughts and harmonise your emotions

  • Nurture self-worth and confidence

  • Meet like-minded women
